Corrections come first
EveryBenefit lives or dies on its numbers. If you spot a figure that disagrees with canada.ca, a payment date that looks wrong, or a rule we have stated badly, tell us. Confirmed corrections are fixed the same day, and the page’s “last updated” stamp changes to prove it.
What we can and cannot answer
We are glad to hear about topics you want explained, programs we have not covered yet, and anything on the site that confused you.
We cannot advise on your personal situation — not by email, not ever. Whether you should start CPP at 62 is a question for your own figures and, for anything significant, a licensed financial professional. What we can do is make sure the public information you are deciding with is accurate and readable.

EveryBenefit is a small, independent site. We read everything and reply to most messages within a few business days — corrections jump the queue.
